Why can I not enable 4K resolution on my webcam?
Please use the USB-C to USB-A 3.0 cable that is provided in the packaging. You must pair the HyperX Vision S to a USB 3.0 port with that specific cable type to fully utilize the 4K resolution. If the user decides to use a 3rd party cable, you must verify that the cable does support USB-C to USB-A 3.0 cable for compatibility purposes.
