Why does my Cloud Flight for PS headset have connection issues?

This may be caused by environmental interference around where the USB adapter is plugged in. Below are some tips that may help address this issue:
Avoid plugging the dongle into USB hubs near other peripherals. This is especially true when using externally-powered hubs or accessories, as the electrical noise from the extra power supplies can cause significant interference.
Avoid having your console or dongle in an enclosed metal media cabinet.
Use a short USB extension cable with the USB dongle. This may help remove interference originating around the USB dongle from the motherboard or USB hub.
