Performing a factory reset on the headset will reset the headset and base station to default settings and remove pairing info with paired Bluetooth devices.
To perform the factory reset from the headset side:
Press and hold the power button and the multifunction button for 10 seconds to initiate factory reset.
The headset status LED will start blinking red / white and the headset will power cycle once the reset is complete.
To perform the factory reset from the base station side:
Make sure both the headset and base station are powered on and connected to each other.
Hold down the bottom 3 buttons below the base station volume wheel for 10 seconds.
Both the headset status LED and the base station LEDs will blink red / white, then power cycle once the reset is complete.
