Cloud Alpha 2 Wireless - Hardware Reset (Odd behavior / unresponsive controls)

Performing a hardware reset on the headset will do a soft reset on all the internal hardware. This may be useful if the headset has unusual behavior, such as unresponsive controls.

To perform a hardware reset, press and hold the mic mute button and the multifunction button for 5 seconds.

• The headset will then perform a hardware reset, automatically power off, then power back on.
